“Mihama gave us these potato vines and trained us on how to plant them. I have planted three types of vines all from different kinds of orange flesh potatoes …When the potato vines grow and increase, we will share with all our group members so they can also plant”.
Jesca Kasande
MDI Member“The Trainer used this space for demonstration to members. She said it's okay to interplant these beans. …see the beans and vines are growing so well even when I already had my vegetables…we are lucky we have the rain. I can’t wait to see the harvest. Thank you, Mihama”.
Florence Kugonza
MDI Member“I do not only have this garden. Because we received enough seeds and vines, I got space away from here to plant the rest of the seeds and vines. I am looking forward to supplying the harvest with the rest of the members who did not get a chance to get it”.
